What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, phone number, town, what the solar is for and, if you add it, a photo or PDF of your EB bill. Plan my solar and the savings check run in your own browser; nothing you type into them is sent to us unless you press “Send my bill on WhatsApp” or fill in the call-back form.
Why
To call you back, design a plant for your site and send you an offer. We read EB bills in our own office, on our own computers; they are never sent to an outside service.
Where it goes
The call-back form sends your details by email to [email protected]. WhatsApp messages go to our phone. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t use them for anything other than your enquiry and, if you go ahead, your project.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your project records for as long as the plant’s warranties and the law require.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or identify you. The Nagari video loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player only when you press play.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time: write to [email protected] or call +91 94430 60996. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
